A New Beginning

Maize at the Station opened its doors in Downtown Champaign late summer of 2017 in the old Champaign Train Station.

It enabled us to expand our offerings and extend a wonderful atmosphere to our customers that wished for a full fine dining experience. Our commitment to authenticity and quality was finally allowed to shine in a more formal setting.
